What this ledger is, and what it is not
A payments desk covering licensed Ghanaian bookmakers. It records what each one publishes about money going in and money coming out, marks every figure with where it came from, and keeps a page of the figures it holds and refuses to print.
What we have not done
Nobody here has timed a cash out
This has to be first because the opposite is the natural assumption about a site called a payout index, and because the description this domain was set up with said we had timed a specific number of withdrawals. We have not timed one. There is no record in this fact base that came from a stopwatch of ours, in Ghana or anywhere else.
Every speed figure on the site is therefore an assembly of what the market publishes about an operator, and it is marked as such on every page it appears. One of the nine books in the index carries a figure that was filled in by the research pass rather than found anywhere at all, and that row is marked differently again. None of this is hidden behind a method page: the marks are in the tables.

The rule that shortens the table
The ledger carries a bookmaker once its cashier is on file: at least one payment rail read off the operator's own Ghanaian pages. Four books trading here are missing because nothing readable publishes theirs, and a ledger does not print entries it never recorded.
It costs us. The four books it excludes include large brands with real search demand behind them, and the keyword research routed phrases to this domain for two of them that we have not built pages for. A rule that bends when there is traffic behind the exception is not a rule. Every excluded book is named, with the reason and with what we do know about it.

The zero is deliberate and it is the clearest single statement of what this publication is for. A ledger built on cashier rows has nothing to say about a game library, and eleven of the thirteen lobbies in this market cannot be counted from outside the country anyway.
How this site is paid
Some links to bookmakers pay a commission when an account is opened through them. That is stated above every table that contains one rather than only in the footer. The ordering is computed from published figures by the model above, and there is no arrangement under which a payment changes a position, a score or a roster decision.
The one outward link on this site that is not commercial is on the lottery page, which sends readers to the authority that publishes draw results because this desk does not.
Questions about the desk
How does this site make money?
Some of the links to bookmakers pay a commission when an account is opened. Nothing in the index is ordered by what it pays, the ordering is computed from the published figures by a model printed in full, and the four bookmakers this ledger will not carry include books that would pay us if we did.
Have you timed any of these payouts?
No. Not one. Every speed figure on this site is what an operator or a third party published about itself, and each carries a stamp saying which. When this desk holds timings of its own they will go into the fact base with their own mark, and no page will claim them before then.
Who writes this?
It is a payments desk rather than a tipping service, and it holds no view on which selection to make. The work is reading cashiers, terms pages and registers, recording what they say, and refusing to print the figures that cannot be traced to one of them.
